WHICH FACIAL IS RIGHT FOR ME?

Katie will assess your skin and recommend which facial, services and products are best suited for your specific skin type, skin concern, and lifestyle. Each facial is one hundred percent bespoke and customized to the client. When you arrive you can discuss your skincare goals with Katie to determine the best fit.

How often should i get a facial?

Being pro-active and looking after your skin is the best way to slow down the signs of ageing, and to keep your skin clear, healthy and nourished. Having a monthly facial performed by a professional addresses skin concerns and anti-ageing, and it promotes long-term healthy, clean and youthful skin.

Will my skin be red after my facial?

1. After most facials, your skin will be radiant and healthy. However, if you have sensitive skin, or a lot of extraction was done you may be a little pink for the rest of the day. Rest assured your skin will be in healing and in rejuvenation mode. Katie will provide post-care treatment instructions.

What is the cancellation policy?

We understand scheduling conflicts can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment for any reason, please try to let us know 24 hours before your scheduled service. 

Do I need to remove my make before a facial?

No. We will remove your face make-up as part of the treatment. Just relax, close your eyes and let us look after you.

Can I wear makeup after my facial?

We recommend that you let your skin breathe, absorb the nutrients and hydration without make-up. However, putting on make-up after will not harm your skin.

Can men get facials?

Yes, they absolutely can! All of our facial treatments work well for men as well.

HOW SOON AFTER A FACIAL CAN I SEE RESULTS?

If you follow the Katie Skincare philosophy and do your 'homework' at home, you will see a notable difference in just a few days. Beautiful skin is aided by regular facials and a healthy lifestyle - a healthy diet, enough water!

How long is one facial?

Each facial will last up to 2 hours.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer a flat $5.99 shipping fee within Canada. Orders $75 and over ship free.

Do i need an account to place an order?

No. You can Checkout as Guest. Any orders placed as a guest require you to manually enter your address and payment information and will not be saved for future reference. 

IS THERE PARKING?

Yes, there is a large parking lot conveniently located in the back of the building. Turn on Bedford Road and look for the sign that says ROM Parking. 

What's the nearest subway stop?

We are located steps away from St. Gerorge and Bay Station.
